What a session is, what it isn't, and what you can expect.
What you are booking
Unless you specifically ask for it, a communication session is not a live call. You send your questions, Mona spends time connecting and conversing with your animal or space. Once communication is completed, you receive it.
If you want a live call, mention it in your form and Mona will revert with potential appointments.
Mentoring sessions and introductory conversations are live and those times are agreed between you and Mona.
Not medical or veterinary advice
Mona has no medical or veterinary qualifications. Where an animal conveys a health-related issue, she will relay it and ask you to consult a vet. Nothing she says should be used to diagnose or treat an illness, or to delay seeking professional care.
Energy healing is not a substitute for medical attention. When facing specific health issues, you must contact your medical care provider.
When communication is not the right fit
Sometimes a communication request is not the right fit or you may need something else. Mona will tell you if that is the case.
